Tariffs for Ski Season 2007-2008
Ski season 2007-2008
From november 23 until april 30.
Low season: 1.100 € per week and accommodation
Half season: 1.320 € per week and accommodation
Peak season: 1.580 € per week and accommodation
One weekend: 410 € per accommodation
Constitución weekend. [4 nights] 750 € per accomodation. From 05-12-07 until 09-12-07.
Holy Week weekend. [3 nights] 674 € per accomodation. From 21-03-08 until 24-03-08.
Tariffs for Spring Season 2008
Spring Season 2008
From april 01 until june 01.
One weekend: 320 € per accommodation
One week: 660 € per accommodation
May first weekend. [4 nights] 530 € per accomodation. From 31-04-08 until 04-05-08.
Second Easter weekend. [3 nights] 446 € per accomodation. From 09-05-08 until 12-05-08.

Sumer Season 2008
From june 02 until september 28.
Low season: 660 € per week and accommodation
Half season: 780 € per week and accommodation
Peak season: 930 € per week and accommodation
Saint John weekend. [4 nights] 530 € per accomodation. From 20-06-08 until 24-06-08.
September 11 (National Day of Catalonia) weekend. [3 nights] 530 € per accomodation. From 10-09-08 until 14-09-08.

Conditions
- The flats must be rented per week in the peak season. Other options will be checked
- Your booking will be guaranteed after having received the 50% of the total amount by means of a bank transfer. The remaining balance will be disbursed just before picking up the keys.
- There is a 200 Euros deposit for all the flats. You will get the money back when giving in the keys in your departure if there are no damages in the flat. The number of people lodged in each flat will no exceed the number of occupants stipulated for each flat.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The owner reserve the right to keep 30 Euros deposit in case of leaving the apartments in nonacceptable conditions of cleaning.
- The occupation right begins at 4 PM of the first day and finishes at 11 AM of the last day
- The owner is not responsible either for the meteorological conditions or the state of the roads.
- Cancellation expenses: Once carried out the reserve, the given total amount will be lost if the cancellation takes place within the 15 days previous to the date of occupation
